Run PODS

A curated run experience for people seeking accountability, consistency, and community.

A 12-week program for runners of all levels that are ready to commit to their training! Our Run PODS aren’t just another group class - they are a built in support system with a community of like-minded individuals, and a place where you can stay consistent with your training throughout the winter months with access to a dedicated coach to help you reach your goals.

  • 45-minute treadmill class at the same time each week

  • Track your weekly progress with 1-mile time trials at week 5 and 10

  • Coach access during post-class “office hours”

  • Small group run coaching (up to 6 people/POD) 

  • $16 Drop-In Rate For Strength Classes

  • Complimentary Gym Access (See hours below)

  • $90/month (for 3 months)

  • POD Session 1: November 4th-Jan 31st

  • POD Session 2:February 2nd-April 25th

    **This will replace current treadmill classes

Access to Gym During Open Business Hours:

    • Monday: 7am-7pm

    • Tuesday: 6am-7pm

    • Wednesday: 7am-5pm

    • Thursday: 6am-7pm

    • Friday: 6am-2pm

    • Saturday: N/A

    • Sunday: 8am-10am
