Strength Classes

We believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone.

Our strength classes will provide you with a full body workout through the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bands, body weight exercises, and medicine balls. With smaller class sizes, our certified trainers are able to provide continuous guidance and support to help participants build strength, improve endurance, and boost overall health and wellness. Our welcoming and inclusive atmosphere creates a community where everyone feels comfortable and supported. We’re passionate about helping people prioritize their health and wellbeing, and our classes are an effective and enjoyable way to do just that!

Strength training doesn't have to be boring! Our mission is to build a community of individuals who love being healthy and having fun with their fitness. Some people want to lose weight, live longer, get stronger, run faster, or just feel better. Our strength classes are a great way to decompress and break a sweat!

Memberships

5 Classes/Month

This membership gives you a code to use for 5 strength classes throughout each month. In addition, if you’d like to take more, you’ll also have a discounted drop-in fee ($16/class). Each of our members has access to our open gym hours to also use the space outside of classes during our open business hours.

Gym Membership

Our gym membership allows individuals to come in and use our facility for their own treadmill or strength workouts. These workouts will not be supervised. Members are welcome to use our facility during open business hours when a staff member is present.

Monday: 7am-7pm

Tuesday: 6am-7pm

Wednesday: 7am-5pm

Thursday: 6am-7pm

Friday: 6am-2pm

Saturday: N/A

Sunday: 8am-10am

Parking

Clients can park on Dartmouth Street or in the parking lot right across the street in the CVS shopping center free of charge.
