We believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone.

We offer a variety of classes designed to cater to different fitness levels and interests. With certified trainers who provide continuous guidance and support, our classes help participants to build strength, improve endurance, and boost overall health and wellness. Our welcoming and inclusive atmosphere creates a community where everyone feels comfortable and supported. We’re passionate about helping people prioritize their health and wellbeing, and our classes are an effective and enjoyable way to do just that.

Exercise classes don’t have to be such a chore! Our mission is to build a community of individuals who love being healthy and having fun with their fitness. Some people want to lose weight, live longer, get stronger, or just feel better. Our fitness classes are a great way to decompress and break a sweat!

Types of Classes

Strength

A 45 minute class that aims to make you stronger and more resilient through a combination of body weight, resistance bands, kettlebell, dumbbell, TRX and plyometric exercises. Strength training is an integral part of everyone’s training which is why we wanted a class dedicated to it without the treadmills. This class is for people who want to feel stronger, stay fit, and keep those nagging aches and pains away.

Treadmill

Our signature Starting Line classes (45 minutes) are perfect for ALL levels of experience. Each class starts with a warmup followed by intervals with increasing intensity and inclines and finishes with a relaxing cool down and stretch. We encourage clients to go at their own pace and offer power walking options for those who prefer not to run. No matter where you're starting from, this class will prepare you for any and all of your fitness goals.

Hybrid

50/50 Circuit is out 50 minute class that starts with short duration intervals and hills and end with a full body HIIT-style circuit. Strength training is a great way to improve your running and decrease your risk for injury. Enjoy the best of both worlds during our blended running and strength class.

Parking

Clients can park on Dartmouth Street or in the parking lot right across the street in the CVS shopping center free of charge.
