Your Physical Therapy Experience

STEP 1

Our physical therapist is here to help you at any stage of your injury and are ready listen to your story. Your initial evaluation will be 60-75 minutes and will include a thorough review of your medical history, your daily routine, strength, range of motion, functional movement assessments, take into consideration other contributing factors to your symptoms.

STEP 2

We believe in a whole-body approach to make sure we aren’t leaving any stone unturned. Your physical therapist will help you understand the root cause of your pain and limitations. In your first phase of rehab, our goal is to provide you with relief from your symptoms and develop a game plan together to help you build sustainable habits to get you back to the activities you love and prevent these nagging injuries from coming back!

STEP 3

Over the course of your plan of care, you will receive one-on-one care from your physical therapist that focuses on your individual needs. Each 60-minute appointment may include a combination of manual therapy, dry needling, education, training modifications, strength training progressions, and/or a running gait analysis. It is important to us that we provide you with the tools to succeed on your own!

 

STEP 4

We hope to provide you with the confidence to keep getting stronger, far after your symptoms have resolved! If you are interested in continued guidance to progress your strength program upon completion of your rehabilitation journey, we have personal training, personalized run coaching and group fitness classes available to help you reach your goals.
