It doesn’t matter if you are perfectly healthy or coming back from a stress fracture or ACL repair, consistent strength training will help you with any goal that you set for yourself.
You’ll be matched with one of our certified coaches and go through a movement assessment so they can make a specific program unique to YOU. Each hour-long session will utilize our studio's equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, medballs, resistance bands, and TRX straps in a welcoming, engaging environment!

Semi-Private Training
This small group training program is perfect for people who still want accountability, but aren’t looking for one-on-one sessions or large group classes. With groups up to 4 people, you can have the benefit of consistent strength training with others to create an environment where you WANT to workout.
Our available times are:
Monday and Wednesday @ 5:30PM
Tuesday and Thursday @ 8:00AM
