    Physical Therapy

    Our PT’s are highly trained to evaluate and treat all patients, but are specialized in treating running injuries and performing running gait analysis. We take a holistic approach to your care to help us understand all of the contributing factors to your pain. Sessions can include education, activity modification, strength training programming, manual therapy, and dry needling.

    Strength Classes

    Our small-group circuit training strength classes are perfect for you if you enjoy working out with others but don’t want to get lost in the crowd. Our classes are limited to 10 people per class to allow our coaches to keep a close eye on form and the needs of each individual. Our coaches are prepared to adapt the workout to any level of fitness.

    Semi-Private Training

    Small group training is for people that are looking for a little more accountability than a group class setting without the specific attention that you get from personal training. With sessions of up to four people, you’ll be working out with other that share similar goals!

    Run PODS

    A curated run experience for people seeking accountability, consistency, and community! Run PODS are a 12-week program with your dedicated coach that meets weekly for 45-minute interval based treadmill workouts. This program is designed to help each group progress their fitness and reduce their risk of injury through individual attention and camaraderie.
