A Running Training Plan Made For YOU

Our Race Ready running coaches are ready to help you take your training to the next level! Whether you are training for your first 5k or chasing a Boston Qualifier, our online run coaching plans are designed specifically to help you become a resilient athlete and reach your full potential. Our coaches create training plans for both road and trail races for the following distances: 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon, and Ultra Marathons. We also specialize in creating programs for postpartum running.

What’s Included

  • Monthly programming with workouts delivered weekly through Final Surge

  • Run workouts based on your current level of fitness and your race goals

  • Strength training workouts (typically 1-2x/week)

  • Weekly check-ins via email or text along with one monthly call/zoom with your coach

  • Pre- and -post race calls

  • Race singlet

  • Athletes who commit to 3 or 6 months will receive a virtual video gait assessment where your coach will assess your running form and provide suggestions via drills, exercises, and possibly cadence training.

  • If you’re local to Portland, Maine, you’ll receive a free open gym membership at our studio!

Running Postpartum

Looking for a self paced postpartum running plan that will safely prepare you for your return to running postpartum? Moms Run Stronger, has got your covered!

Moms Run Stronger is a 12-week strength AND running program designed to help you safely and confidently return to running.

Receive the support of a prenatal and postpartum exercises specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy while moving through the program at your own pace.

Moms Run Stronger is more than just an exercise program but an educational resource for you to better understand what your body is going through as it recovers from childbirth.

You’ll never know your limits unless you push yourself to them.
