Physical Therapy Journey
STEP 1
After you decide that it’s time to find some help for your running injuries, we’ll book your first appointment: a PT Evaluation that’s 75min long. These appointments include a thorough review of your medical history, strength, range of motion, and functional movement assessment.
STEP 2
After your Eval, your physical therapist will help you understand the root cause of your pain and limitations and together you will develop a game plan to get you back to the activities you love. As an out-of-network clinic, you and your PT can decide on the frequency of your visits depending on the severity of the injury and are never restricted by insurance.
STEP 3
Every visit after your first is 60min long and will be one-on-one with your therapist. This way, we can take the shortest path possible to your full recovery. It’s important to note that everyone’s rehab journey is different, some take more time than others and some require different types of treatment, but we WILL get you back to the activities you love.
