Joe Orbaczewski (he/him)
PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Joe is a physical therapist and certified strength & conditioning specialist. Joe graduated from Stockton University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. He went on to pursue and completed an orthopedic physical therapy residency in 2017 at the University of North Carolina. Following residency, Joe earned the distinction of becoming a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist.
Since starting to practice in 2013, Joe has worked with various populations in the orthopedic and sports realms ranging from younger kids to older adults. Throughout his career he has furthered his education in many different topics including manual therapy, dry needling, sports rehab, and strength & conditioning.
Joe is passionate about working with any athletic and active person who wants to optimize their health and get the most out of their body. However, has spent time working and specializing in a few different populations, including golfers and crossfit athletes. To help those specific populations, Joe is Fitness Level 2 certified through the Titleist Performance Institute and is a CrossFit Level 1 coach.
As a golfer and fitness athlete himself, he likes to combine all of his PT and fitness knowledge to help athletes and active adults get the most out of their body so that they can do what they love until they’re 100 years old and beyond.
