    Sports Massage

    Sports Massage Therapy is for people who need to relieve some muscle tension from working out or just living life. Your sessions can include a combination of techniques to cater your specific athletic needs including; myofascial release, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation(PNF), injury rehabilitation, and assisted stretching.

    Prenatal Massage

    Pre-natal massages provide significant relief during different stages of pregnancy. Our therapists are pre-natal massage trained to help you feel your best throughout your pregnancy with less low back pain, swollen feet and ankles, and overall well-being.  For your comfort, we have a specific orthopedic pregnancy pillow to allow you to lay face down.

Your Massage Experience

STEP 1

We invite our massage clients to come 10-15 minutes early to utilize our self massage and stretching area where you will have access to yoga mats, foam rollers, a theragun, massage sticks, and other recovery tools.

STEP 2

When you come in for massage, your therapist will bring you back to a private massage room to talk to you about your health history, areas of focus, or answer any questions that you may have.

STEP 3

When your interview is complete, the therapist will leave the room so that you can disrobe to your level of comfort and lie down on the massage table underneath a sheet and blanket.  

STEP 4

After your massage, the therapist will leave the room so that you can get up and change. When you are ready for the therapist to come back into the room, just open the door and they will.

NormaTec Recovery

These Recovery Boots use compressed air to massage your legs, mobilize fluid, and improve recovery time.

Our recovery station has two sets of boots with recliner chairs set to give you a relaxing environment fit for someone who needs to feel better, faster. This is a member benefit, but you can also book a recovery session on our booking site.
